问题在于主题会自动选择适合水平缩略图的缩略图, 但是缩略图在垂直(人像)图像上的位置不是我想要的位置。
例如, 有一个人的肖像, 缩略图预览了他的胸部, 而更合适的是显示一个人的肩膀和头部。
有没有办法调整缩略图的位置, 如果可以, 最简单的方法是什么？

我建议你通过浏览器检查元素, 并找到放置在垂直图像上的特定类。了解了该类后, 你就可以使用CSS定位垂直图像了。你可以将CSS添加到style.css或通过Appearance <Customizer(在大多数主题中找到)下的Additional CSS区域添加。
